We are able to exchange clothing for a different size, provided that you pay for shipping back to us and the clothing is in good condition, with no damage or loss to value, must be mailed back to us within 7 business days of receiving along with your order # inside the package and on the return box. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. If we make a mistake on sizing or personalization, just reach out to us, we will send you the corrected item. We are not responsible for typos or errors from the customer- so check your orders and notes and personalization carefully. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with your original packing slip, and we will exchange the item or refund your full purchase price in the form of merchandise credit only, less shipping and handling and less a 25% restocking fee. For your convenience, we accept returns for items purchased online by mail. Please note you are responsible for the cost of return which will be deducted from your return credit. Once we receive your shipment, as long as the merchandise is unused and unworn, we’ll issue a store credit in your original form of payment, less adjustments for shipping and handling or send the new item if exchanging. We are unable to return or exchange personalized or customized clothing. Note: You will be responsible for all return shipping fees. We will not reimburse for original shipping, duties or taxes UNLESS we sent you the wrong mug design- in which case we will send you the correct order as soon as possible. A photo proving the wrong item would be required in this scenario. Note that returns will be credited in the same currency and same at the same exchange rate you as your original order.
